Orders should be inspected upon receipt and any damages must be reported to Customer Service within 10 business days of receipt.
Photos of damaged products and shipping cartons must be provided with a written damage claim.
Please include a written description of the issue and what remedy is desired.
We will accommodate all reasonable requests for replacement goods to the best of our ability.
Any notification of damage beyond 10 business days will not be accepted.
If product is shipped on a 3rd party account, freight claims must be initiated by the 3rd party account holder.
In every instance, it is essential that all original shipping cartons, packing materials, and damaged product(s) be retained by recipient until claim is settled.
Exquisite Images is not responsible for claims if any reshipment has occurred.
