Standard Production Time 

• We are currently running 1-2 working days for order entry and proofs.
• Standard and rush production times are listed for each product on our website, and apply to catalog quantities. 
• Production time begins after proof approval and prepayment or credit approval.
• Orders are considered submitted only after a PO and artwork have both been received, and any clarifications have been resolved in writing.  
• Proof approvals and prepayments must be completed within 24 hours of our request to stay on schedule.
• Emails sent to our orders inbox are automatically confirmed via auto-responder.  

Rush Orders

• Rush production is subject to availability, contact customer service.
• Rush orders must be submitted before 10:00am Central Time to receive proofs that day. 
• Proof approvals and prepayments for rush orders must be completed within the requested timeframe in order to stay on schedule, typically 4 hours.
• Delays in proof approval or prepayment will add to production time, increase shipping costs, and/or incur additional rush charges.
• Rush charges apply:  15% with a minimum of $100 (A).
