For reorders with just a copy change, there is no setup or repeat setup.

How do I get a new program started?
Please send us the following:
the logo in vector .EPS format
a spreadsheet with the copy changes per our specifications
1 example layout showing the position of the logo and text
a PO that includes the name and size of the font you'd like us to use.
Only use fonts that you have a TrueType format font file available for. If we do not have the font, we will request the font file. If you do not have it, we will substitute a font that we have available.
We'll send you an order acknowledgment and proof of each individual badge.
I like to proof everything with my customer before I send in the order. Can I send you a file with all the badges laid out and ready to go?
Due to the time required to import individual files, reformat artwork colors, sizes, and bleeds to make it print-ready, etc, we do not accept copy changes in any other format than .xls or .xlsx.
Release program inventory expires one year after the date of purchase. Before the expiration date, you have the option to renew the remaining inventory. Contact us for details.
What if I need to make changes after submitting my order?
Please note that any changes made after the order submission will result in the deduction of one additional badge from your program inventory. This ensures the accuracy and quality of your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
