To proceed with an order, please note the following terms apply:
Receiving
Multiple inbound locations: no charge if all information is noted on PO (what vendor the goods are coming from, quantity, tracking, ETA.) If information missing from PO:
$20 per location
Goods arriving before PO submitted and confirmed:
$40
Goods arriving without a PO# on the shipping carton:
$40
We will not accept any packages from Amazon - please ship to you and deliver complete. Amazon does not include PO information and leaves packages outside our hours of operation.
Quantity
Orders will be considered complete within 3% of the ordered quantity unless 3% material overage is provided. Orders with excessive spoilage will be paused for discussion with buyer.
1 extra unit required for setup/testing is not considered spoilage.
Misprints
We do not source goods directly in the event that replacements are needed, we will credit your account for the replacement cost of spoilage.
