All " personalization" or "copy changes" must be in a text format that can be copy and pasted.
In the alternative, typesetting fees apply, minimum $20 (G).
Any order of more than 5 personalized items will require an excel spreadsheet formatted exactly as you want the names to appear on the items (one line per column, upper and lower case accurate).
Individual files for each item will not be accepted.
Outlined fonts will not be accepted.
If you have questions, please talk to us before setting up your file to avoid rework.
Only use fonts that you have a TrueType format font file available for. If we do not have the font, we will request the font file. If you do not have it, we will have to change to a font that we have available.

Is there a repeat setup charge?
No! Reorders are easy! As long as the only change is the personalization text, there is no setup or repeat setup.
How do I get a new program started?

a PO that includes the name and size of the font you'd like us to use. If we don't have it available, we'll let you know what we have that is close.
We'll send you an order acknowledgment and proof of each individual badge.
I like to proof everything with my customer before I send in the order. Can I send you a file with all the badges laid out and ready to go?
Due to the time required to import individual files, reformat artwork colors, sizes, and bleeds to make it print-ready, etc, we are asking clients to provide copy changes in text-only format for all reorders, rather than individual files.
All we need is a list of names in a format that we can copy/paste, such as the body of an email, or an Excel sheet for more than 20 badges.
